Abit too much sealant on crankcase

Ive finally joined the crankcases together on my 2.1 engine, but think ive gone abit overboard with the dirko sealant!

I looked through the engine where the pistons will go and can see excess sealant where the cases join, not a huge amount but more than a little bit. Ive smoothed off the bits i can see, but im sure there will be excess sealent on areas i cant see aswell.

Im just abit worried about the bits of sealant coming off and blocking something, if the sealant comes off is it likely to go into the filter? When i fit the engine and have first ran it i will be dropping the oil out and changing the filter, so hopefully bits will have come out then.
