Door Cards

Hi All,

Silly question, maybe, but can anyone tell me how to go about removing the door cards from my van? It's a 1990 Westy, if that makes any difference!

remove the winder, door opener flashing and handle..then pull it off

Thanks Kev, sounds easy but do I stick a knife down the edges of the handle, winders etc, or is there a more professional way?
