Hi
I need to adjust the tension on the belt that drives the water pump on my 1982 1.6d Devon.
Which pulley do I need to split - is it the lower one, engine (allen key bolts) or the pump "normal" bolts

As said and make sure you use the spare shims as 'washers ' keeps them safe and stops the s screws catching on the waterpump
