Guys - I have a new 1Y engine (well new to me!) to fit. My old one blew, and the exhaust was rotten - so any ideas what exhaust would fit the 1Y manifold, but bolt to the T25 frame?
Thanks in advance....

Re: 1.9D 1Y Exhaust
if you are replacing a 1.6d n/a (code cs) with a 1.9d (code 1y) you need to use the CS inlet manifold, and CS exhaust manifold, and all the CS exhaust system, as well as the airbox componants (if you can get it to fit that is, i failed and can't use the snorkel)....obviously, you must replace the inlet manifold gasket, and exhaust gaskets....
basically, strip your 1y back to bare engine (and fuel pump), almost everything else is junk.
and do not make the big mistake that i made........the coolant flange that connects to your CS cylinder head is made of metal, it is very important that you use this flange, and not the plastic one from the 1y as it does not earth, and the sender will not work!!

If the engine 'aint in the back, it's cack!
