What's the best caravan
I know some might see the title and ask "what the ****"
But this is a genuine ask, as I have never had a caravan before, and before anyone ask's "no we're not selling the T25, and converting to the dark side" but we have the opportunity to work and live on a campsite, where they will provide free hook up, gas, water etc we only pay for food, and we get paid to do this.
This is good training for us as we would like to own a caravan park/ campsite but have never run one before.
We might be living in it through winter, but this isn't definate yet, but a possibility.
We have been to look at a Bessacarr Cameo 625 GL, what a mouthful, with an awning and a few other bits and bobs, and the sales guy assured us this would be an ideal van to do this, would anyone agree/ disagree.
I will value your comments

Re: What's the best caravan
We can't have a static van as its not in keeping with the park, and it is very tranquil and quiet in the middle of a forest.
Re: What's the best caravan
No nothing about caravans -apart from living in a static many years ago- but ,UKCampsite.co.uk has a forum for caravans as well as campervans maybe you would get some info from people there- just a thought . Jack

Have a look a German built vans, Hobby etc
They are built to be use all year round unlike uk spec vans.
That why there are so popular with our travelling friends

I have had a look at Hobby's but have been told that because our travelling friends like them so much, there are more likely to be nicked, so much so, that insurance companies wont touch em.
Anyway having done some research on the Bessacarr, I am going to purchase this one, not new but a 2003 model, these caravan's are £22000.00 to £24000.00 new !
