Brake Calipers

Post by Tug »

Hi all,

How do you distinguish different types of calipers on your bus. I know the difference between early T25 and late T25. (Two pistons as oppossed to 2)
Mne is an 1981 Aircooled (2.0 cu). Now need to see if it has ATE or Girling ones fitted mine need bleeding and I cannot open the nipples...RUST !

Rather than mess about...funds permitting I will replace both and then bleed them up....Is their a visual difference or are they interchangable with the hub carrier ?

Glenn :ok
Life is not a rehearsal...Live life to the max....Buy a Aircooled VW and get covered in Rust and Oil.......But we all love it really....!!
