Spoke at length with the guy - who is English - and he knows exactly what he has. Its a twin locker 1.6TD with dicky brakes and a rotten body and I mean rotten! Good drop sides and the 4WD works and is all present.

He turned down my offer of €1000 ............ !

It doesn't look much better than the yellow one, Andrew, its not on a local plate,
this will have "private car" status over here irrespective of its Northern designation
& will be subject to NCT!(MOT to you lot)Commercial vehicles(single cabs & panel vans)
have a less stringent test over here
Curious that he says he has the old style brown book when it still on foreign plates!

This is only for breaking Dave as its rotten to the core! The VRT would be about €500 so registering it is out of the question

By the looks of it the one we cut up was in better nick hardly worth the money
