westy fridge buttons

help!the 240v fridge button on my 90 westy atlantic is stuck in! any ideas on how to make it pop out again?dont want to have to resort to having to strip the fridge out of the van if possible.any ideas would be greatly appreciated

try gently pushing one of the others(or both) in!
