panel van aftermarket window rubbers!

is there anyone who has got some of these recently i'm trying to find out the ideal fixing apertures (gaps for the glass and panel) ive got a 90 ex-panel van and need to replace all 3 windows seal with new rubbers to cure a few leaks :( ive got a few links to site but not sure of correct gaps

and also has anyone used the chrome filler strips do they look good?

Hi just done one myself from a company called seals plus direct theres a fitting guide on the website

thanks for tips i dont really want to go with JK ive been on the seals + direct site what size where gap A and gap B for example 3mm and 3mm or does it wanrt to be 3mm and 4.5mm or something
