with my panel van rear window sections , i just cut the holes out and factory will fit ? :ok

NO, NO, if it was that easy any silly sod could do it....

Factory fitted windows and windows used for a panel van are different sizes and use completely different sealing rubbers....

Dont do it anyway I have just welded one of mine back up!
