DIESEL FUEL TANK

hi.
does anyone know of a product to do a temp repair on tank seam/ mates tank leaking today,and we are about to set off for mid wales trip.
any suggestions

I've used something called Petropatch on bike tanks, many years ago mind you... I don't know if its suitable for diesel tanks or even if it's still available but might be worth a trip to the spares shop

fibreglass resin, without the glass, brush it on, dry in a few minutes and will hold for weeks
