Propshaft parts, BFGs and clutch pipes!

Post by Simon Baxter »

Okay.
Finally remembered to check these propshaft rubber couplings fit the T3 prop, they do.
Not got loads, more on order though.

Also, Aidan came here earlier, he asked me to price up some tyres for him, he said it was a decent price so I thought I would pass it on.

BFG 215 75 15 T/A KM2, the new pattern.

All in, new valve, balanced, fitted, old tyres disposed of - £101.50 each plus VAT, so £100 plus VAT.
May take over a week to get, we have a tyre machine here so all done in house, we even stock those dumpy valves for the 16" rims.

Cheapest so far is about the £115-120 mark.....

Had a syncro petrol and a syncro Diesel here so I've measured up and commisioned the flexible clutch pipes.

Petrol - to replace the rubber one, 2 bulkhead fittings, stainless braided teflon hose - £44.01 plus the dreaded.
Diesel - to replace the long clear plastic one, again stainless braided teflon - £41.33 plus the dreaded.

I have the Diesel ones in, Petrol ones will follow on the next order from the supplier, Diesel one was easier as it's just a early 2WD one but longer!

Tyres - ring or mail.
