I changed my starter motor bush.....

Post by albertramsbottom »

and my van still just goes who0...whoo pop pop. It sounds like its only turning over half a rev. I do that ten times and battery is flat.

Oh and what a bitch getting the old bust out and the new one in

Anyway the only other thing is to replace the starter. Anyone know where i can get one, I mean a good one?

What about a partally seized engine, anyway to free it up. I ask as I really thing the overheat I had last summer has tightened everything up and thats why it struggles to turn over.

Cheers

I'm interested in the responses in this one. As i had an overheat last year and ever since then my starter is sluggish.
