I think its the one round the outside the sliding window itsself has been sealed shut with silacone so not sure where its leaking...better do a water test.

Hi

Does your window work ok? mine has been sealed shut with Silicon and had to cut all off to get it to open.

Cheers

I have a double glazed rear quarter sliding window. I don't open because the small rubber seal in the sliding section falls off.
