Its a hard thing to have to say but my nuts have gone rusty

Post by syncropaddy »

Yes indeed, it has to said here that my nuts have gone rusty. It happened this morning when the new lady in my life was examining my nuts and she was heard to say "Jaysus Andrew, your nuts are rusty" Imagine how I felt - on a lovely Saturday morning - being told that my nuts are rusty....... at my age! I immediately jumped up, adjusted myself and examined my nuts. I was horrified, shocked even. They WERE rusty. I ran to the garage as I keep a spare set of nuts in there and they have gone rusty too  :? . Holy moly I thought. "Thats what you get for off roading.... it damages your nuts!" she exclaimed. She was half right cuz I have a set of nuts for off roading and a set for on roading - you cant be too careful you know and all of them were rusty. I bought a set for Mefro wheels and a set for ProjektZwo alloys and the chrome is crap on both sets and they are now rusty.

Bummer .....

Simon..... are you sure that works?

Surely it'll make you walk funny which, I suppose, explains a lot. :D

The chrome on them isn't amazing, but they are cheap.
Not really a lot of choice when it comes to the right nuts for the Mefros.
