blockage? radiator getting hot all the way to top? maybe some anti leak stuff has been put in? its been known to cause blockages. Fan not kicking in? (temperature sensor on rad some where I think)

water has no colour? not blue or pink (ie with coolant) have a llok here for some info on leaky heads http://www.club80-90.co.uk/wiki/index.p ... _head_leak

it should have a header tank, (in the engine bay) and a top up tank behind the number plate flap.....

if you have bled it correctly, it sounds like a cracked head, gaskets dont normally have these symptoms..

have you checked the blue rad cap There were afew duff ones about. I had one, they hold 1bar pressure when new but let everything thru after being used for a few miles of use.
