Hi,
I'm going to have a look at a camper at the w/end, i've seen the van passing by before but dont know what model it is, its a mid 80's t25 with a very low rectangular high top, it starts about 2ft back from the windscreen and ends about the same distance from the tailgate, it appears to be about only 16" or 18" max tall with rounded corners, does anyone know what it is or is it just a home made one with an added high top???
I'm sure someone will know.

Re: mini high top
Sounds like a Mr Whippy conversion. Were there loads of kids chasing it down the road?
I've never seen a high top that just sits in the middle of the roof.
Would love to see some pictures if you have any.
I'm sure some of our more knowlegable members will be able to help.

Hi
No kids chasing it but the scrappy should be, just had a look at it, the "high top" looks like an old van roof slapped on top with loads of filler and silicone, the inside had two skanky loose cupboards in it, some cushions and stank badly of damp. The usual places were rotten and covered over with spray paint or underseal, the woman said it would have no problem passing another test, it was that bad i wouldnt let a dog sleep in it. No tax, A reg bodged everywhere and only 4 months MOT (dont know how it passed the last one) but is was cheap, only £2000!

Re: mini high top
I hope it's not the one that was on ebay a while back, it had a square pop top but the seller had fixed it in the upright position so it couldn't be lowered and you had to drive along with it up
