Westy sliding plastic window

Hi,

The sliding perspex kitchen window on my 1990 california is looking quite tired and I was wondering how easy it would be too replace it.

I assume that you cannot get replacements and would have to make a bespoke one?

The same goes for the high top window rubber trim.

Any help gratefully received.
