Brake noise

Post by Cruz »

It seems whenever I depress the brake pedal I get a clunk noise that seems to come from under my feet. Sometimes it's a slight and other times a lot louder and sounds like when something clicks to engage.

Any ideas? Van has new stainless steel hoses and decent pads and discs

Is the cable catching? can you get underneath and look while someone else pushes the pedal?

They are ..is everything as secure under neath...does the clunk happen when under braking or just when you depress the pedal...it might be the pivot worn or linkage worn
