Hey all,
Just a quick question, does anyone know of any events going on in Ireland, ive just bought my first bus (after 20 years wanting one) she'll be all set for spring and would love to introduce her (and myself along with the kids, girlfriend and 4 dogs) to you you all ( or at least some of you ). The only trouble is that after surfing the net i can't seem to find any meets going on over here and its such a bloody shame as it's such a fantastic area for the likes of us, i live in county Kerry and its crying out for us. HEEEEEELP, am i the only one over here.
Oh and if anyone is interested in arranging a meet here in spring then please let me know.

check out http://www.eircooled.com/deforum" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; a general Aircooled club but very friendly to watercooled vw's also. there are meets and campouts every couple of months
or http://www.type2ireland.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; again there is no problems with t25's, they will more than make you feel welcome and again arrange regular meets, i believe there is one planned for next weekend, check out the site for details

Cheers Jake,
Was just on that site yesterday thanks to georges links and your right it sounds dead good and the timing is great as my bus should be all set to go by then (she's just been stripped for the beauty parlor and then will be re-furbing her) so roll on august.

Just found out that the eireball run this year will see half of the funds raised go to the haiti earthquake charity, fair play to them, a great cause hey.
