SA Audi 2.5i ECU's

Ay up,
I've seen a 'nice' SA Caravelle locally. It needs an ECU, I don't know the engine code nor the year. Are ECU's still available for these motors? If so, who is the best person to contact???

you'd need the part number and then contact syncrohospital, Stewart stirling in SA and he'll be able to supply used probably or you need to go to a company that can buy from VW SA, ie VW classic parts or JK and ask them nicely to buy it for you which will be expensive or you buy it on credit card over the phone to a vw dealer in SA and have it sent by courier I guess
VW UK and TPS will not source parts from VW SA
