Fuse Box Help T25

Post by TheSwirlies »

:(

Last night, our T25 was broken into and the stereo stolen :( One of the other nice things that they did was to rip out all the fuses to try and stop the alarm going off - didn't work, but still.

So, now I have a completely empty fuse box and a load of fuses - hopefully I have all of them, but we're waiting for the police to arrive and dust for fingerprints this morning so I can't go and check.

I have absolutely no technical knowledge whatsoever - I'm reasonably proud of myself for identifying that the things scattered everywhere are fuses :D

Is there a standard layout? How do I work out what fuses go where? Is there a diagram somewhere that I can refer to?

Thanks,

Matt

Thats real bad news Matt, sorry about that, I guess fitting that alarm was worth the money after all.
Was it an attemted theft of vehicle? or just the stereo they wanted?
Hope you are all ok other than this sorry episode.
Regards Mark and Helen.

That is what I thought, as going to all that trouble and risk for a stereo seems a bit much

Flippin junkies probably

It was just the stereo they were after, we think. Three cars in the same area were done last night, that the police know of so far - must be the spirit of Christmas :(

Unfortunately, they wore gloves (glove prints on the fuses) and didn't bleed when they put the window through, so there's not much that the police can do - if they find the stereo with their usual suspects, then they will give us a call. Trip to autoglass this afternoon for a new window so that it can get replaced quickly, then a visit to the iron works to find out where the **** my gates are that I ordered 12 weeks ago but haven't arrived yet. Literally, bolting the driveway door after the scum have bolted.

Things could be worse, I guess - at least they didn't nick the van, and at least they didn't break into the house.
