4 speed is stronger than 5 speed.
Unless you're unhappy with your current 'box then why not get it reconditioned, rather than buying into another unknown quantity that might spring the same problems on you 2 months down the line?
If you're looking for a higher top gear then Long Enterprises do longer 3rd and top ratios for the T25 transaxles and Dave at Shiplake Motors will do a corking rebuild for you.
Makes much more sense than buying an unknown 'box.
Dubsta on here runs an AAZ so may have some words on 'boxes with AAZs
AAZ engine what gearbox???
