that's cause you were driving a Passat, numpty!
You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape; If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Quite a few of those German army syncros for sale in Germany-all of a sudden from various dealers--priced around £4k--I wonder what auction they buy 'em from?---

There are monthly auctions as far as i now.But they are sold before u bid
on then (i am told the bigger biders tend to take job lots)
