shine a light anyone???

im need to buy a 12v cigarette lighter soon, and just had a look as to where it goes, but cant for the life of me get the original 12v 'marine' cover thats already there off. it says locking points and has arrows, maybe im just being stupid but how the funk do u get it off?????????

I think you will find the cover is clipped to the cigar lighter base and can be transfered to a new unit if you need to,the whole thing is held in place (to the dash or bracket) with a sleeve that simply screws into the back of the base.
