Plate under front seat

Have you ever notice there is a plate located under front seat (passenger seat for RHD)


There are some digits indicate something.
For my experience with T1 and T2 ... I could say the plate looks the same with m-plate for my old bus.
All digits in the plate can be decoded and the result will be the option, factory colour, upholstery, date of manufacture and etc.

Is it the m-plate for T25? Anyone can translate the code?
