I reckon I must have paid the lease on Syncronutz building for at least a year or two. I got the TDI conversion then had to sell the bus not even a year later. Now I have the VR6 Beast that is better as a family camper but the Red Tdi van was better in some many other ways. This one will be good once I sort out
1. The grill to cover the oil cooler. Oddly placed behind the bash plate. I think because it was too big for the usual spot in front of the radiator.
2. Put a bash plate under the engine cause it doesn't have one.
3. Sort out the front suspension. It just isn't as good as the old Red van
4. Sort out the diff locks - they no work.
Don't want to work out what I've spent.
Cheers
Rob.
You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough.

Equal to a 25 row, which I have, and happily sits in behind the lower grill.
I think that syncro ownership is as much about the modification, repair, refurbishment as bout the using. I seem to spend equal amounts of time on each!!
