Viscous coupling - Who is supplying?
Need a vc asap. Who is supplying at the moment and at what cost? Anyone with a good used one????

can anyone give me an idea on cost for a replacement ? Mine seems to become stiff on full lock, but only occasionally ?

Mine did too, getting worse after longer drives.
Having replaced it with a refurb, I can categorically state that it shouldn't ...so get yerself a new one before you do damage to the front diff or other drivetrain parts

Sounds exactly right - def seems to be after a longer drive - maybe to do with temperature ?

Yepp, a tight VC gets hot, the longer you drive it, the hotter it gets, the hotter it gets, the tighter (and more noticeable) it becomes

I haven't any stock, only have one core here at the mo, awaiting the other one, one still in the project I hope but may not be present; I could get some from Dorfbrunnen if required, but hey you can all have the fun of that if you want

Also worth mentioning if you are not aware earlybay.. all tyres should be same make with even wear and inflated to the correct pressures..
