Sorry in a silly mood today

Antiblocker is German for the same thing
It could be the sensors by the brakes, failing (I had one fail on me)

Anyone got experience with it .
Could it be simple brake wear , or am I looking at replacing sensors etc.
Can't hear anymore what I believe to be the motor for it kicking in after start up.
From what I gather most parts were used on other VWs too.

Re: ABS warning light
Very costly option when new.. so not many about...
Could be sensor, or quite likely the sensor wheel inside the discs etc will be corroded to hell and needs cleaning/replacing..

Re: ABS warning light
Well the sun is shining and we're all feeling much better ..so much so the Brakes have now decided that their not broken after all and the Anti LOCK braking system light is now going out .
So Toomanytoys suggestion is the most plausible .
