bag type pull-out awning

Post by wigster »

have had a look on't wiki, but can't seem to find owt. I have a fiamma awning that is usually on my t4, but I'd like to have it on the t3 now and again, what is the most common way to fit the awning rail on the t3? also is there a specific rail as is for the t4, I would prefer not to just nail  a standard bit of caravan rail to the roof..cheers wig

aye, thanks guys,I used pop rivets on some rail on my 1st t4, only to find out there was a nice vw contoured rail that looks factory, just after I fitted it  so I thought this time I should get some suggestions from the t3 fountain of wisdom  , I did also wonder bowt fitting some rail to the roof bars...
