Turns out i have another syncro and never realised it! This one has been sitting on the shelf behind my desk at work since 1990 !
It has an older VW relation to keep it company
We have been Miele dealers since 1963.
The 1990 model syncro has 'Schabak Modell 1:43 Caravelle syncro' stamped on the underside; and even has the drive train/protection bars etc stamped into the molding

Iv just bought a van like the red one but with out the writing on it from ebay it arrived today cost me £16
