Indicator lights fault

Post by ChrisG »

Hi,
Can anyone help before I dismantle anything, lol.

The indicator lights flash correctly for the majority of the time but occassionally they will stop flashing halfway through. i.e, halfway round a round-a-bout...

If I cetre the steering column swith then try again, sometimes it works.
Then the next day no problem until they seese to work again the next day

Nothing wrong with harards, all bulbs flashing normally, relay working fine

Is it therefore a fault with the steering column swith, loose connection perhaps???

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris
Try cleaning up the earth crown ,just above the fuse box
Also you could try taking the steering wheel off and cleaning the switch gear up ,could be fluffed up
