oil leak is this the breather? with pics
I seem to have a oil leak from around the red circled area, i have cleaned it up with carb cleaner the other day and its still dry round by the tower but oily below the pancake on the carb any ideaS?

the ring is hardly visible Andy.
as your air filter housing is not on the carb I presume you mean the pancake shaped duct ?
try emptying it out.. the crank breather empties oil mist into the duct... not all of it gets burnt some escapes all over your carb

Doubt the tower is blocked, but there is an O ring on the bottom that goes hard and brittle...
a worn engine will "breath" more oil vapor that condenses in the intake duct, which seeps out.. is the rubber seal on the carb where the duct attaches?
