Re: cab floor
First try VW you may be lucky and they may still have in stock, or your`ll have to cut one out of a van. Petrol or diesel as they are different. Maybe able to help as we have and are scrapping a couple of vans at the moment.

have you tried these two options?futbus wrote:First try VW you may be lucky and they may still have in stock, or your`ll have to cut one out of a van.
What condition is your cab floor in? Post some pictures and maybe someone can advise you on how to fix it without the drastic action of replacing the whole floor

Re: cab floor
I'd be grinding out the rust and plating it, or rather I'd be getting one of my colleague's to do it. New floor pan seems extreme to me

Agree, any good welder can make these up as he/she goes. Don't think you need to buy panels as such.

Re: cab floor
I had mine plated Danny. That's why I asked you to post pics so you'd find out you didn't need to do something as drastic as replace the whole floor

Re: cab floor
Seems ok - long as its tidy afterwards. Just plating over is not great, better that he cuts back to solid which I presume he'll do for £80.
