I have a 12v tv that has an adapter to run off 240v
Can I just hard wire it in to my leisure battery with the appropriate fuse?
output on the adapter is 12 Volt and 4 amps

I ran a permanent wire, from leisure battery, up to a ciggy socket over the side door. The tv, when in use, fits on the passenger seat head rest, so can be plugged into said socket. Aerial cable comes in through passenger window so no wires/cables all over the place.

Ours is run via a power socket (not a fag lighter socket) from the leisure battery through a Maplins plug-in 12v regulated supply unit. This comes with a variety of plug in ends to suit all modern applications.
