Does anyone out there know where I can source a replacement water pump pulley wheel for a '86 1.6d? I had an AAZ conversion done on my bus, but during a belt change I managed to buckle the pulley wheel off the water pump which came from the original engine. I've been told VW have stopped making them.
Or is there a tried and tested alternative system that works with the AAZ (golf)?
It's wobbling and squeaking and apart from the racket will probably nacker my water pump before long.
Any knowledge/links would be greatly appreciated.
