Hi,
Does anybody know of a source for cupboard handles that would replace the ones on my 1988 Autosleeper.
They are the sliding latch type that fit into a 2''dia hole in the door.

Re: Cupboard handles.
Kev,
I have sprayed the existing ones with 'Plasticote but I think it is going to come off before too long.

Re: Cupboard handles.
you can get them re chromed (specialist plastic rechrome) which would last longer.
been quoted £25+ here
or use a plastic primer for a water based spray paint.

Re: Cupboard handles.
Thanks Grun but they look as though they would would not fit in the existing hole.
Sorry fairwynds havn't had time to post a picture. You can see the type if you look at the pictures of Kev's vehicle.
Kev. Have now used a plastic primer before the plasticote and paint is sticking better. Time will tell. www.charlesandson.co.uk knew exactly the type of latch I wanted and says he has them in stock at £4-99p each. Any colour you want as long as its brown

Re: Cupboard handles.
HA HA brown... yeah... right!
yes, I've toyed with a plastic primer and I do believe your on to something here.
I'm looking at an antique brass to retain the colour.
or any thing that compliments the interior.
and no
brown isn't one of them
