Syncro Springs 14"/16"

Hello Syncronauts
I've recently found myself a winter project and the shopping list growing at a very fast rate . One of the many jobs is to replace the springs as they don't look too healthy. Are the front and rear springs on a 14" syncro the same as a 16"? I just want to replace with stock springs as I'm on a budget. (Upgrades will come later).
