Hi
We want to go somewhere between Poole and Folkestone this weekend. Must be on the coast as my boy wants to go to the beach (sand essential). We would prefer somewhere that wasn't too commercial but that is probably impossible!!
Your help is much appreaciated.
Thanks

Witterings near Chicester are a good bet.

Witterings, definately! Fab sandy beach, althoufg high water's at lunchtime this weekend so you will have to go early or later....
Scotts Campsite is HUGE and they dont accept bookings, which is good, just turn up....
As its high water you could always do a Harbour tour on the pleasure boat from Itchenor, just five mins up road... andthere a big market on Sat in Chiochester...so lots of choices.
Have a good weekend either way matey.

Is there a website or link for that campsite? I couldn't find it via UK Campsites.
