I have worked on this for Frazer, got him going 2 or 3 years ago when his box broke in France... I fitted a 2wd box to get him (and his pooch) home... 
Since then I know he's spent quite a bit of money on it....
Its a good solid truck.. not perfect but a very good usable truck, which is an ex US air force base vehicle, poss used in Belgium or Holland (if they have/had bases there)
