Urgent cylinder head info needed

Im just about to buy a recon cylinder head for my 1982 2ltr CU Aircooled and the guy asked me what type it was.

Copper rings and oval exhaust ports

or

Gasket and squarish exhuast ports

Any ideas please, its very important

Square..... its a "CU"... which means its different to the other type 4 engines....

is it new or used? if used I would really suggest the the valve seats are replaced (cant you get this done on your old head or is it really buggered??) and at least new exhaust valves (pref VW ones or good quality aftermarket ones..) are fitted....
