Euro breakdown cover

Off to Spain/France on 19 july for three weeks. ( Group of 3 T25's and a T28 ) I thought I had Euro breakdown cover on my insurance --but I dont !!

Most internet site wont offer this for vehicles over 10/15 years old !!

Any recommendations/suggestions most welcome, I dont plan to breakdown but you never know !!

The AA will cover you, but will may extra due to it being an older vechile. If your with Adrian Flux, get the Flux cover at the start of the policy.

Hiya we went to spain at christmas in our type 2. AA multi trip insurance £139 broke down at tariffa ( the furthest south we could get lol ) aa fantastic just like breaking down at home they took us to the garage, then on to a pub to wait for taxi (siesta time on a sunday) then arranged a hire car for us to drive to barcelona and easy jet flights home to stanstead with another hire car waiting our gertie turned up 2 weeks later on a low loader complete with all the stuff even the fags that we had left as we had no bags to empty thr bus out cannot speak highly enough of them our gertie is a 1971 so we were only allowed 3 breakdowns in a year but i reckon i had my moneys worth as the AA gave us the option of getting it fixed out there and 1 person flying back to pick it up or they returned it so for us 3 it was money well spent !!!!

I have just organised this for my son who is taking the van across europe, RAC are one of the few that do over 30 days european cover, and over 10 years old vehicle it was £177.00 for 90 days breakdown insurance within the year, inc lusive of year breakdown cover in UK
