Re: Good news..
I work with the National Trust, sometimes, who own a good deal of land on Exmoor and the Quantocks, and some of the best "Ex" Green Lanes in the land. They are pretty stalwart in their "No vehicle" and "Procession of vehicles like they are on bloody Safari" attitude. This is a step in the right direction. Good news as we are heading to the Dales in the summer.!
