Wiring in new front and rear fog lights..

Ok, so after all my messing about I have discovered that I need new front and rear fogs, plus I need to wire them in. I have spent all day, after reading posts on here, researching what a 'relay' does and I'm confident I could wire in the lights myself - easy... except I'm not sure about the main power cable from the battery to the dash area. There appears to be no free live wire near the fusebox, so taking advice from on here I plan to run a new wire from the battery - but wear do I place it? I don't want it just draped over the side of the battery box and then under the carpet? Is there anyway I can take it UNDER the van or hidden somewhere totally? PLUS the live from the dash switch / relay to the rear fog should be placed where? Again it would seem the simplest solution to wire it through into the front caverty, and then undersling it all the way down the length of the van to the back bumper where the new rear fog would be: does that seem like a sensible solution?

Back of the fuse box there are spare ign pos and battery perm terminals there ( on later models there are any way!)

Brilliant, thank you - are they ON the fusebox, or behind it on the 'van wall' so to speak?

Will try and find 'em tomorrow with the aid of the sun and my new multimeter!

Oh, how will I recognise these terminals? Will they just be wires ending in ... well a terminal with nothing attatched? Anybody out there know if the early vans (1982) do indeed have these?
