fuel filter bracket/clamp

as above, i went to change the fuel filter today finaly found the hiding item behing the spring surport, it was clamped down by a lenth of steel plate about 6inch long and 1inch wide, that part is fine how ever the round part that holds the actual filter to this lenth of steel self distructed it's self (very rusty) when i was removing the old filter. dose any one out there have one for sale or know where i can get a new one.

was still available from vw, the plate isn't however so keep that one and clean it up
