Technical questions??

I have been trying to post a question about adjusting my sliding door in the technical questions forum but for the last two days it has not been working, is anyone else having problems? (p.s, I have checked the wiki and searched the forums but no step by step how to) can anyone help me with this? Many thanks

what do you want to adjust ?

front height and in and out is on lower front roller
upper roller is top front in and out
adjust stricer bolt on door 'c' pillar for rear adjustment

all provided you have a 85 on van (later slider)

Cheers billy, Its the rear on a later van, so should be the stricer bolt then, Ta!

you can also adjust the hinge in the rear .
nudo the 2 13mm bolts you can see from the outside when door is open near the stricer latch and there is another one behind the door panel

depends on what your adjusting, latch position or height.

a common problem seems to be door coming off first latch whilst driving.
this can be down to a worn latch or just adjustment.
