I very much doubt it, the only ones I have come across that were fairly straight forward to fit happened to be any late model Escort standard seat this also included Ricaro seats taken from the XR and Turbo models,,,,,,, (T25 seat runners bolt on and are exact spacing belive it or not )
The only bit if buggering about was done to make the plastic surrounds of the donor seat fit snugly and adapting a spring for the seat (slide) adjustment.
Alternatives that are popular seem to be Saab Seats , as follows ………
