Water in the passenger footwell

Post by rubarb »

Does anyone have an idea why? There is no sign of water coming from the windscreen or the water bottle cap. The original rubber mat is in place and the water is only underneath not on top. The rubber grommet in the footwell is always covered but does not appear to be damaged.
Cheers

Forgot to mention that I recently had the dash off to replace the heater motor and there were no signs of water or rust.

water runs (quietly) down, beneath mats and hey presto. At least we share this wondrous joy :D
