Repacing windowrubber on my t25 drivers door

How do i replace them there is like a metal rim poking throuhg the rubber(what is left of the rubber) :D just wondering who sells them and how to replace them.i.e do i have to take the window out.is it a difficult job??

VW sell them as do JK

which bit is it? is it the lower scraper or the seal that runs along the top and down one side?

Along the top and down one side,is this to different parts then??
