Syncros in Ireland

Post by airhead »

So is there any plans of having a Syncronauts meeting in Ireland at any stage? Id love to see it happen. Im going to go to Syncropendance myself one way or another, so long as Im welcome! Id just love to see a good gathering of Syncros here though. Actually what sort of format do your shows follow? Its all a bit new to me and ive never been to an offroad meeting. Only to the T2I Aircooled meetings (which are always great fun I have to say).

Ireland is always a good thought, will probably only include folks here from the west of the country and Wales?
I think the ferry fare and distance will be a no-no for me, although some folks go to France so I suppose there is a possibility!

Wicklow is a lovely area, and close to Dublin and the ferries too :D

A meet over there would really be attractive, apart from the Ferry fares!

yeah ferry prices....
but the price of the good stuff can be shocking too.. I think it was near 6 euro a pint in Dublin when I was there... you can blow a huge hole in 100 euro for one night on the town and not get laid either!!! and thats for a pretty average drinker...
